Cosmetic dentistry focuses on improving the appearance of a person's teeth, mouth and smile. Cosmetic dentistry provides elective or desired treatments or services. Cosmetic dentistry treatments currently in use include Inlays/Onlays,Composite Bonding, Teeth Whitening, Dental Veneers, Dental Implants, Smile Makeover, Full mouth reconstruction.

Track 3: Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is an exciting and challenging specialty of Dentistry that combines dental, medical, and surgical knowledge and skills. Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is the specialty of Dentistry that concentrates on the diagnosis and surgical management of oral and maxillofacial pathologic conditions, including epithelial diseases and mesenchymal disorders of soft and hard tissues.

Track 4: Restorative Dentistry

The term Restorative Dentistry refers to the integrated management of oral health problems and restoring the mouth to a functional and esthetic state. While it is not currently recognized as a dental specialty by the American Dental Association, general dentists are able to perform many of these procedures without additional education and certification. It all depends on how difficult the procedure is and what the dentist feels comfortable with. Many of the procedures are also covered by the dental specialty of prosthodontics, including fillings, veneers, crowns, bridges, full and partial dentures and dental implants.

Track 5: Endodontic

Endodontic is that branch of dentistry, concerned with the morphology, physiology, and pathology of the human tooth, and in particular the dental pulp, root and peri-radicular tissues. The study and practice of endodontic includes the biology of the normal pulp, crown, root and peri-radicular tissues and the etiology, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and injuries that affect these tissues.

Track 6: Orthodontics

Orthodontics is a branch of dentistry that specializes in treating patients with improper positioning of teeth when the mouth is closed (malocclusion), which results in an improper bite. Orthodontics also includes treating and controlling various aspects of facial growth (dentofacial orthopedics) and the shape and development of the jaw. An orthodontics specialist is called an orthodontist. It uses a range of medical dental devices, including headgears, plates, braces, Implants, Cleft and Palate etc. and use the recent advances in orthodontics like invisalign techniques.

Track 7: Dental Nursing

A Dental Nurse supports the dentist in all aspects of patients dental care. A dental nurse could help any member of the dental team clinical and dental technicians/technologists, hygienists and therapists – treat patients of all ages. Some specialized for a check-up while others will have more complicated treatment. In a dental practice, a dental nurse will welcome patients and provide direct backing with the treatment itself: Taking responsibility for the decontamination of instruments, upholds dental practicing equipment ensuring that all relevant materials and supplies are in place, looking after patient records including the notes when the dentist is checking a patient, working closely with the dentist, responding quickly to queries and generally keeping the surgery ready for use.

Track 8: Dental Hygiene

Dental hygiene is the practice of keeping the mouth and teeth clean to prevent dental problems, most commonly, dental cavities, gingivitis, caries, periodontal (gum) diseases and bad breath. A dental hygienist is a licensed dental professional who is registered with a dental association or regulatory body within their country of practice

Every interaction between your dental practice and a patient is a component of marketing. The need for better dental marketing has increased with the public’s awareness, as well as industry need to develop better services. Because of the flood of information on the internet, average new patient is more aware and educated concerning the aesthetic options available today from a dentist. As a result, a higher quality dentist is being requested that they have to develop a Comprehensive Marketing Strategy. Dental marketing program is not complete without comprehensive internet marketing. By now, most dental practices possess a fairly upscale website. Track 10: Dental Sleep Medicine

Dental sleep medicine is an area of dental practice that focuses on the use of oral appliance therapy to treat sleep-disordered breathing, including snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Approximately 25 million adults have obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), which can cause them to stop breathing hundreds of times a night for anywhere, from a few seconds to more than a minute. Sleep apnea is a chronic condition that occurs when your muscles relax during sleep, allowing soft tissue to collapse and block the airway. As a result, repeated breathing pauses occur, which often reduce your oxygen levels. These breathing pauses are followed by brief awakenings that disturb your sleep

Track 11: Oral Cancer

The term Oral Cancer includes cancers of the mouth and the pharynx. Several types of tissue make up the mouth and oropharynx. Most cases of oral cancer are because of cigarette smoking, heavy alcohol use or the use of both tobacco and alcohol consumptions. The stage of oral cancer is one of the most important factors in evaluating treatment options. A stage I oral cancer tumor means the primary tumor is 2 cm across or smaller and no cancer cells are present in nearby structures, lymph nodes or distant sites. A stage II oral tumor measures 2–4 cm across and no cancer cells are present in nearby structures, lymph nodes or distant sites. Depending on the stage of Oral Cancer the type of surgery is recommended.

Track 12: Oral Microbiology & Pathology

Oral microbiology is a complex ecological system where up to 700 species of microorganisms that have been identified .Some of the predominant groups present in the mouth includes Streptococcus, Neisseria, Veillonella, Actinomyces and other obligate anaerobes. These organisms maintain a mutualistic relationship with the host by preventing pathogenic species from adhering to the mucosal surface. Oral micro florae can cause dental plaques and are also a common cause dental caries and periodontal disease.An understanding of the oral environment and microbial interactions leads to understanding the main causes for the onset of oral diseases.

Track 13: Nano Dentistry

Nano dentistry is a branch that involves the maintenance and up gradation of oral health care yet more precise by employing nanomaterial, biotechnology, including tissue engineering & ultimately dental Nano robotics. Recent developments of nanoparticles and nanotubes in operative dentistry, endodontics, periodontal management, has played a growing role in the enhancement of dental industry. Nanomaterial’s and nanoparticles are cornerstones of innovative dental devices used for drug discovery and delivery, discovery of biomarkers, and molecular diagnostics. Nano dentistry aims to manipulate and fine tune particle to create unique with novel properties and advances in dentistry

Track 14: Dental Anesthesia

Dental anesthesia is the specialty of dentistry that deals with the management of pain through the use of advanced local and general anesthesia techniques. It is the discipline in dentistry that manages pain and anxiety through the use of local anesthesia, sedation, and general anesthesia. Dental Anesthesiology educates graduate, pre-doctoral, and dental hygiene students in the management of pain, fear, and anxiety associated with dental treatment.

Track 15: Oral Implantology

Oral Implant ology is intended to promote study and scientific research in the field of dental implant ology and allied biomedical disciplines at Dental Dubai. It provides valuable information to general dentists, oral surgeons, prosthodontics, periodontists, scientists, clinicians, laboratory owners and technicians, manufacturers, and educators during Dentistry workshop and Dentistry conferences. Dental caries is defined as an "irreversible disease of classified tissues of teeth, characterized by demineralization of the inorganic portion and destruction of the organic substance of the tooth,which often leads to cavitation.

Pediatric Dentistry is the branch of dentistry dealing with children from birth through adolescence. Early Childhood Caries which is also known as tooth decay can develop rapidly in children.
